1. **Production Process**: Our products are made-to-order and begin production once payment is received for your order. Due to this process, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once production has commenced.

2. **Illustrative Images**: Please be aware that product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, there may be slight variations between the product images and the finished product you receive.

3. **Return Eligibility**: We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if there was an error on our part in fulfilling your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

4. **Return Process**: If you believe you are eligible for a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue. Upon approval of your return request, we will initiate the manufacturing of a new item.

5. **Refunds**: Refunds will be issued only after a new item has been manufactured and dispatched to you. If, after receiving the replacement item, you are still dissatisfied and wish to proceed with a refund, please notify us. We will then provide instructions for returning the item, and upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

6. **Shipping Costs**: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. **Custom or Personalized Orders**: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.

8. **Damaged or Defective Items**: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence or the return of the item for inspection, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
